Wesley Ellis, a Custodian at Restorative Management in Newburgh, New York, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2008 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center
in Poughkeepsie, New York. He was 62.
Ellis, a forty year resident of Newburgh, was a devoted member of the GFT- Rhema Christian Worship Center in Newburgh.
Born July 5, 1945 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late John Ellis and Lee Nelson, Ellis is survived by four sons: Darryl Cotton, Quincey Branch and Rodney Hunt all of Newburgh, New York and Tyrone Cotton of Florida; Two daughters, Latashia Cotton and Sonya Branch both of Newburgh, New York; One sister, Marion Chancellor of New York City, New York; Fifteen grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 22, 2008 at 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 76 First Street in Newburgh, NY. Service will begin at 12:00 PM with Pastor Gail Roberson, Officiating.
Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Middlehope, New York. |
