Quinnipiac reeled off a 5-2 lead two minute into the contest, but Marist answered with seven straight points to take the lead for good. The stretch included a three-pointer and jumper by Ramsey on consecutive possessions.

Marist later added a 14-0 run in the first half to lead by as much as 15 before taking a 42-33 lead into the locker room. A three-pointer by Bowie at the 18:26 mark gave Marist a 45-33 lead, and the Red Foxes led by double digits the rest of the way. In the second half, Marist drained 10 three-pointers and was 11-for-11 from the free-throw line.

Quinnipiac’s Zaid Hearst led all scorers with 25, and Ousmane Drame added 21. Evan Conti had a game-high 10 rebounds for the Bobcats, who concluded the regular season at 19-10 overall and 14-6 in the MAAC.
