Newburgh Free Academy Pep Rally

Newburgh - Newburgh Free Academy’s Boy’s Gym was a full house adorned with blue and gold balloons and streamers on Thurs., Oct. 15, 2009, in honor of the 2009 Homecoming Pep Rally. Students came decked out in their class garb showing their support for their respective class.

Newburgh Free Academy cheerleaders pumped up the crowd before and during the fun event. In addition, the NFA Band performed for the packed house along with a routine by NFA’s Advanced Dance team who performed a rendition from the popular musical "Grease". The always captivating Nu Phi Alpha also performed for the crowd. The yearly event is held as a fun way to build school spirit as well as camaraderie between the students in the different grade levels.
