Africans may have been the original Americans

Baltimore, MD - A new book is contradicting what our grade school textbooks have included for ages and could change the way history is written about the Western Hemisphere.

In The First Americans Were Africans, author and academic Dr. David Imhotep is bringing forth decades of research and evidence to present readers a comprehensive look into the history and identity of the first Americans. Asserting that Africans were the first Americans and that they arrived 51,000 years prior to the Mongolians, Imhotep illustrates a date that is four times earlier than what is largely referenced.

“Africans not only came before Columbus, but were in the Americas long before any other group, at least 56,000 years ago,” says Imhotep. “With this book, I produce and expand on evidence from several scientific fields, credible scholars, professors and researchers.”

Imhotep’s extensive research and gathering of evidence is in part a product of his academic training, university-level teaching and extensive world travel. One of the first people to hold a Ph.D. with a specialization in ancient African history, Imhotep credits the creation of his book with helping to life what he calls the “veil of secrecy” over American history.

Expanding on a foundation of research and historic evidence, The First Americans Were Africans provides insight into remnants of architecture, writings and artifacts as it explores the beliefs surrounding the Vikings, Columbus, the Indians and more. With more than 700 footnotes, Imhotep intends for it to also serve as a guide for future research.

“The first Americans came to this land far before what we have been taught,” he says. “This changes the way history has been written, and fills a void that has long existed.”

  • August 19th, 2012 I recently received my DNA Test results, noting that I am AfriNative American. My grandmother was Cherokee so called Indian (Indi means Black) and a descendant of the Olmec and Washita People of the Southern U.S. before the arrival of any white or European peoples. According to the United Nations, Washitaw, Yamasee, Iroquois, Cherokee, Choctaw
Blackfoot, Pequot & Mohegan (and/or All Indigenous People of America) In 1993, the United Nations Center for Human Rights, recognized the Washitaw de Dugdahmoundyah Muur Empire as the Oldest Indigenous group of people on Earth. The registered Project # 215/93 ensued. Just read this. My black ancestors were here in America long before any other people, in fact, in one of Columbus's log he writes, I saw a boat laden with goods full of Moors heading south-east, this would be towards West Africa. • April 17th, 2012 First of all I totally believe, based on my own research, that Africans were the original Americans.

For the record, I conduct in-depth Bible study and research (both OT & NT), and have discovered hidden-in-plain-sight clues that prove John the son of Zebedee and disciple of Jesus and John Mark, was actually one and the same person.

I prove this very thing in a book I'm currently working on, entitled: Of Biblical Proportion. And an excerpt from it is available now on my website: www.margiemitchell.net.

I make this point to confirm that many theories, lies and myths have been passed down primarily to Americans (both Black and white). Yet, proven truths (such as that conducted by brother Imhotep and myself), are beginning--and will continue to surface.

However, I do find it a bit odd that the title of this article say Africans may have been the original Americans. Brother Imhotep admits to producing and expanding upon evidence from several scientific fields, credible scholars, professors and researchers.

That should be enough to state emphatically that what he has researched and have found to be true, is actually the case.
