Goshen - U.S. Rep. John Hall (D-Dover) will meet with Goshen High School seniors tomorrow morning to discuss the ways he is working to make the student loan application process easier and to make college more affordable and accessible.

Congressman Hall will announce the House passage of legislation that will provide the biggest single investment in student loan aid in history. Hall will explain to the students how $87 billion will be saved from the current student loan system and redirected to provide more grants to students and to lower interest rates on student loans.
