Union Church Vacation Bible School

The Union Church recently hosted its annual Vacation Bible School. As the church was transformed into a SonQuest Rainforest, nearly 60 children had a"tree-mendous" time hearing bible stories, making crafts, singing, playing games, and eating delicious snacks. Perhaps more important, however, was church’s food donation "competition" that occurred during the week. Every day, each class brought in non-perishable food items to be donated to local families in need. The competition spawned 465 items - a new record.
