Newburgh - The City of Newburgh, The City of Newburgh Recreation Department, Youth Bureau and Youth Voices Program, with State Farm Insurance, presented the second annual Puerto Rican Day Family Heritage Festival on Sunday, June 14th at Delano Hitch Recreation Park basketball court.
The free event, co-sponsored by The Hudson Valley Press and WWLE 1170 AM (CNN Headline News), included music, food, face painting and inflatable rides.
