Newburgh Welcomes New Officers

NEWBURGH - The City of Newburgh welcomed four new police officers who graduated from the Orange County Police Academy on February 15, 2013. Pictured are officers Alvaro Farias, Charles Cruz, Police Chief Michael Ferrara, Officer Ricardo Rivera, Deputy Mayor Regina Angelo, Officer Brian Southworth and City Manager Richard F. Herbek. Officer Southworth earned the Police Academy Physical Fitness and Excellence in Defensive Tactics awards, and Officer Farias was recognized for his prior military service.
