March of Dimes raises funds for stronger, healthier babies
Almost 1,000 community members from Orange and Sullivan counties came out over the weekend to support the 2012 March of Dimes March for Babies event, held at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets.
Monroe - Close to 1,000 residents from Orange and Sullivan counties took part in the 2012 March of Dimes March for Babies at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets this past weekend.
The record-breaking crowd of marchers helped the March of Dimes reach its goal of $125,000.
The money raised from the March of Dimes’ March for Babies supports programs in our community that help make sure mothers have healthy, full-term pregnancies. The nationwide event has been running since 1970.
