BETHEL WOODS - The Center for the Arts at Bethel Woods presented a Midsummer Blockbuster weekend beginning on Thursday July 25th. The legendary Eagles performed as part of their 40th Anniversary tour to a sold out crowd. The group took everybody through the complete history of the band’s work, beginning in the early 1970s to current day, as well as solo material from the individual members.

On Friday evening, Country Music superstar Tim McGraw also sold out the outdoor amphitheater, performing his fan favorites. Saturday culminated with another anniversary - the super duo of Bad Company and Lynyrd Skynyrd, both celebrating 40 years in rock n roll.

Each group performed an entire show with a short intermission. During Bad Company’s set, Lynyrd Skynyrd surprised the audience by joining in for a song. The final show of the 40th Anniversary tour of Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bad Company ended here with a video shoot set to be available in the very near future.
