Newburgh - Orange County Trust Company held a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 4th to celebrate the opening of their new branch at 78 North Plank Road in Newburgh. Guests included County and Town of Newburgh officials, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and local residents and businesses.
