Law Firm Announces Four New Partners

Woodbury  – The law firm of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP (KDV) proudly announces four new partners.  Michael V. Desantis, Esq., Gregory Hyman, Esq., Janene M. Marasciullo Esq., and Christopher Nucifora Esq. have all joined KDV, the nationally recognized innovative litigation firm.

Michael V. De Santis, Esq., who was promoted from Associate, has been with the firm for four years.  Throughout his years with KDV he has successfully represented some of the leading insurance agents, lawyers and brokers, accountants, property managers, real estate agents, title insurance companies and other professionals in various phases of federal and state litigation.
 
Gregory S. Hyman, Esq., joins KDV as a partner.  Mr. Hyman comes to KDV with a distinctive background in a number of principal areas including professional liability, civil litigation, commercial litigation and labor and employment.  Mr. Hyman also has an extensive background in professional liability and commercial litigation, representing individuals and businesses in matters involving directors and officers, breach of contract, lawyers malpractice, real estate and general negligence.
 
Janene M. Marasciullo, Esq., is a trial attorney with extensive first-chair experience litigating complex commercial cases, bankruptcy matters, employment disputes, and regulatory enforcement matters. Ms. Marasciullo also served in the Department of Justice, Enforcement Department and the Office of General Counsel at NASD, where she investigated violations of the Federal securities laws and helped formulate NASD policies and practices.   
 
Christopher Nucifora, Esq., joins KDV as a partner.  Mr. Nucifora comes to KDV with an extensive knowledge and experience in litigating complex commercial matters, including pursuing and defending performance and payment bond claims, contract disputes, wage claims, design malpractice claims and resolving commercial and contract surety disputes from the outset of a claim through a trial.
