POUGHKEEPSIE - The Ulster Savings Charitable Foundation recently awarded a $5,000 grant to Rebuilding Together Dutchess County in support of their Day Program initiatives.

For 23 years, Rebuilding Together Dutchess County has provided cost-free home repairs to hundreds of low-income homeowners throughout Dutchess County.

"Along with our support and the help of many community volunteers, Rebuilding Together Dutchess County will help repair and renovate homes of some of Dutchess County’s most vulnerable residents, including the elderly, families with children and veterans," said MaryRose Warcholak, Executive Director of the Ulster Savings Charitable Foundation. "It’s a critical need in our community, one with long-lasting benefits, and we’re happy to lend our support."
