POUGHKEEPSIE - PCH Federal Credit Union (PCHFCU) in Carmel, New York, has merged with Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (HVFCU). HVFCU assumed the operations of PCH Federal Credit Union effective October 1, 2012. The Boards of Directors of both credit unions approved the merger.

"PCH has served Putnam Hospital Center employees and their families for more than 40 years, and we look forward to providing them with even greater service in the future. PCH FCU members will now have access to our Carmel and Brewster branches, as well as our more than 15 others in Orange, Dutchess and Ulster Counties."
With more than $3.6 billion in assets and offices in Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster Counties, Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union is one of the largest credit unions in the state of New York, serving more than 260,000 members.
